Abstract:
The talents floating among the universities is more and more general, and the sincerity lack become more noticeable too.Based on the practical problem of human resources management in university, this text analyze the phenomenon and cause of the sincerity lack, and cultivate the sincere quality from source as much as possible, so we can construct the sincere mechanism of preventing the talents floating. As a result, we will offer good advice and think for attracting and retaining talents in the university.
