龙头企业绿色食品认证对带动家庭农场采纳有机肥影响分析

The Influence of Leading Enterprises’ Green Food Certification on the Adoption of Organic Fertilizer on Family Farms

  • 摘要: 在我国大力提高农产品安全质量要求下,文章旨在分析家庭农场共享龙头企业的绿色食品品牌后,研究其生产行为绿色化。利用安徽省农业龙头企业生产基地的254个家庭农场数据并基于计量分析模型构建“反事实”分析框架,分析共享龙头企业绿色食品认证对家庭农场采纳有机肥概率的平均处理效应。研究发现:龙头企业获取绿色食品认证能够促进生产基地的家庭农场采纳有机肥技术,采纳有机肥的概率上升24.99%。因此,加强龙头企业和家庭农场的生产联合,促进其积极申请“绿色食品”的认证,从而促进农产量安全质量的提高和绿色技术的推广应用。

     

    Abstract: Under the requirements of improving the safety and quality of agricultural products in China, this paper aims to analyze the green food brand of family farm sharing leading enterprises, and study the green production behavior. Based on the data of 254 family farms in the production bases of leading agricultural enterprises in Anhui Province and the econometric analysis model, this paper builds a “counterfactual” analysis framework to analyze the average processing effect of green food certification of leading enterprises on the probability of adopting organic fertilizer in family farms.The research found that the leading enterprises to obtain the certification of green food can promote the adoption of organic fertilizer technology in the family farm of the production base, and the probability of adopting organic fertilizer increases by 24.99%. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the joint production of leading enterprises and family farms and promote them to actively apply for the certification of green food, so as to promote the improvement of agricultural yield safety and quality and the promotion and application of green technology.
