Abstract: Education and training for cadres is a guiding, fundamental and strategic project for the construction of contingent of cadres, as well as an important guarantee for the healthy and sustainable development of cadres. Education and training of cadres must be carried out on a regular basis. At present, the situation of epidemic prevention and control is still not optimistic, and the traditional education of rural grass-roots cadres has been challenged. In particular, intensive training on a large scale has increased the risk of epidemic prevention and control. In this paper, the contents such as cadre education and training on the active adapt to the requirement of epidemic prevention and control, application of mobile Internet technology, organizational form innovation, overcoming of network learning defect and improvement of the quality of cadre education and training together with the reduction of the risk of epidemic prevention and control of cadre education and training are explored, so as to provide a path and choice for cadre education and training in the context of normalization of epidemic prevention and control.
