消费信心对农产品供需结构及政府监管的影响机制与调查

Influence of Consumer Confidence on Agricultural Supply-demand Structure and Government Regulation: Mechanism and Investigation

  • 摘要: 从理论角度分析消费信心对农产品市场供需均衡变化以及对政府市场监管效力的影响机制,并通过田野调查进一步明确消费者对农产品质量安全和政府监管的信心。结果表明:提高消费信心有利于扩大中端农产品市场份额,降低社会福利损失;此外,消费信心对政府监管效力具有不同程度的抵消效应。田野调查显示,大部分消费者对政府农产品监管以及农产品质量安全有信心,但仍有提升空间。因此,政府应继续加强农产品质量安全监管,提高消费信心。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes the influence mechanism of consumer confidence on the equilibrium change of supply and demand of agricultural products market and on the effectiveness of government regulation, and field research further clarify consumer confidence in the quality and safety of agricultural products and government regulation. The results show that increasing consumer confidence is beneficial to expand the market share of intermediate agricultural products and reduce the loss of social welfare; In addition, consumer confidence has varying degrees of offsetting effect on the effectiveness of government regulation. Field research shows that most consumers have confidence in government regulation and agricultural products, but there is still room for improvement. Therefore, the government should continue to strengthen government regulation and improve consumer confidence.
