课程思政建设的时代价值、内在要求及具体路径基于高校教师的视角

The Era Value, Internal Requirements and Specific Path of Curriculum Ideological and Political Education: From the Perspective of University Teachers

  • 摘要: 高校教师是推进课程思政建设的关键力量,办好课程思政的关键所在。高校教师开展课程思政建设,有利于担好新时代所赋予的育人责任和育人使命,讲好课程思政这一育人课程,实现立德树人这一教育根本任务。新时代,高校教师要有正确的政治导向、深厚的专业知识、专业的教育方法和优良的道德品质,实现课堂教学的育人与育才相统一。进一步开展课程思政,高校教师要不断加强理论知识的学习,深入挖掘思想政治教育资源,将问题牵引融入于知识传授之中,不断提升课程思政建设的意识和能力,把自身的专业素养有机转化为价值引导,以此来实现课程思政建设对提高人才培养质量的作用。

     

    Abstract: University teachers are the key force to promote the ideological and political construction of the curriculum, and the key to run the course Ideological and political work well. To carry out the ideological and political construction of curriculum is conducive to carrying out the responsibility and mission of educating people given by the new era, to teach the ideological and political education course well, and to realize the fundamental task of moral education. In the new era, university teachers should have correct political guidance, profound professional knowledge, professional education methods and good moral quality, so as to realize the unity of education and talent cultivation in classroom teaching. To further carry out the ideological and political education, university teachers should constantly strengthen the study of theoretical knowledge, deeply tap the ideological and political education resources, integrate the problem traction into the knowledge teaching, constantly improve the consciousness and ability of the ideological and political construction of the curriculum, and organically transform their professional quality into value guidance, so as to realize the role of the ideological and political construction of the curriculum in improving the quality of personnel training.
