Abstract: Rural culture is an important part of rural social governance. At present, it is an important choice for promoting the revitalization of rural culture and the innovation of rural social governance to do a good job of inheriting rural culture and giving full play to the social governance function of rural culture.At present, there are still some deficiencies in the inheritance of rural culture, such as the understanding of cultural governance, the integration of governance resources, the "quality" "quantity" of cultural services and the sense of cultural identity. The low level of attention, resource utilization efficiency, cultural satisfaction and cultural conscious inheritance are prominent problems in the inheritance of rural culture. It is mainly affected by the impact of diverse and heterogeneous cultures brought about by urbanization, the lack of cultural planning support system, the insufficient development of rural economy and the reduction of the main force of rural cultural inheritance.
