“对分课堂”教学模式在高校食品添加剂教学中的应用

Application of Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion (PAD) Class in Food Additives Teaching in University

  • 摘要: 通过使用对分课堂在食品质量与安全本科专业选修课食品添加剂教学实践中的初步应用,将传统理论教学与讨论式课堂相结合,在强调学生学习主动性与自觉性的基础上,适当加强师生间、生生间的互动交流,培养其主观思维和个性发展。在增加教学吸引力的同时,促进教学质量的总体提升。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion (PAD) class was preliminary applied in Food Additives course, which was the major elective course for Food quality and Safety. The teaching model, combines the traditional teaching and discussion class, enhances the interaction both student-student and teacher-student, gives their subjective thinking and personal development, increases the attraction of teaching and promotes the overall improvement of teaching qualityso as to increase the attraction of teaching and achieve the goal of improving the overall promotion of teaching quality base on encouraging their active studying and developing their better learning habit.
