云南省农业生产效率的DEA分析

Research on Agricultural Production Efficiency Based on DEA Model in Yunnan Province

  • 摘要: 利用三阶段DEA模型对云南省2014年农业生产效率进行实证分析。结果表明:剔除环境因素与随机因素后云南省各个地州农业生产效率与第一阶段DEA分析相比较都发生了明显的变化,说明云南省各个地州的农业生产效率存在着很大的改善空间;昆明、玉溪、保山、丽江、红河、文山、德宏、迪庆技术效率提高的主要原因来自于管理水平的提升;昆明、保山、普洱、红河、大理的技术效率处于非前沿面的主要原因来自于规模效率非DEA有效;昭通、楚雄、文山、德宏的技术效率处于非前沿面的主要原因来自于纯技术效率非DEA有效。

     

    Abstract: Based on three-stage DEA model, this paper researches on agricultural production efficiency of Yunnan in 2014. When we get rid of environment variables and random variables, the agricultural production efficiency of each state in Yunnan province changes a lot, compared with the first stage DEA analysis. It shows that there is still improvement room for agricultural production efficiency;the improvement of technical efficiency of Kunming, Yuxi, Baoshan, Lijiang, Honghe, Dehong and Diqing is due to the improvement of management level;technical efficiency of Kunming, Baoshan, Pu'er, Honghe and Dali is not on production frontier due to the non DEA efficiency of scale efficiency;technical efficiency of Zhaotong, Chuxiong, Wenshan, Dehong is not on production frontier due to the non DEA efficiency of pure technical efficiency.
