以农科大学生创业为导向的农村区域发展专业人才培养研究与实践

The Research and Practice of Professional Training for Rural Regional Development Under the Guide of Agricultural University Students' Innovative Undertaking

  • 摘要: 以农科大学生创业为导向,深化人才培养模式改革,对于推动农村区域发展专业毕业生就业创业有着较好的意义。通过调查分析,农村区域发展专业学生创业意愿较高。在学习借鉴福建农林大学有益做法的基础上,结合当前就业创业新形势,推进农村区域发展专业学生的创业发展,应注意:优化充实师资队伍,提升教学水平;改革专业课程设置,突出特色教学;构建实践教学体系,强化实践能力培养;更新教育思想观念,改革教学方法与手段。

     

    Abstract: Taking agricultural university students' innovative undertaking as orientation, deepening the reform of personnel training mode, both of them are significant to promote the employment of rural regional development majors. By investigating and analyzing, we can find that students of rural regional development have higher entrepreneurial intentions. On the basis of learning good practices from Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, combing the current new situation of employment and entrepreneurship, promoting entrepreneurship development for rural regional development majors, we should using following four methods:paying attention to optimize and enrich teach staffs to promote teach level;reforming professional curriculum design to highlight the characteristics of teaching;constructing practical teaching system to strengthen practical ability;updating the concept of education and reform teaching methods.
