农民专业合作社组织能力定位研究——一个经济学解释

The Positioning of Organization Capability for Farmers' Cooperatives:An Economic Explanation

  • 摘要: 农民专业合作社在增加农民收入、转变农业发展方式等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。为充分发挥合作社的组织能力,首先有必要对合作社的组织能力进行明确定位。以俱乐部理论、利益集团理论和产权理论为理论基础,从经济学视角对合作社的组织能力进行合理定位。其中,社员定位包括满足社员不同需求、解决拥挤效应、降低社员异质性;职能定位包括争取国家支持、沟通市场、充当利用诉求工具;产权定位包括负外部性、内部激励效应、明确利益分配。

     

    Abstract: Farmers' Cooperatives are playing an increasingly important role in increasing farmers' income and transformation in agricultural development, etc. To give full play of the organizational capacity of cooperatives, the organizational capacity of cooperatives should be explicitly targeted, firstly. In this paper, based on the theory of clubs, interest groups and property rights, we make a reasonable position from an economic perspective on the organizational capacity of cooperatives. Wherein, the positioning of member comprises meeting the different needs of the members, solving the crowding effect and reducing heterogeneity members; function positioning includes getting support from national, market intermediaries and acting as a tool for communication; property positioning includes negative externalities, internal incentive effect and a clear benefit allocation.
