云南籍毕业生出省就业文化背景分析

The Cultural Background Analysis on Native Graduates' Employment Out of Yunnan Province

  • 摘要: 近年来, 出于富民强滇的需要, 云南省积极鼓励云南籍毕业生出省就业, 一时间走出去成为了毕业生就业的关键词。本研究从地理环境、文化心理因素以及经济因素方面分析云南籍毕业生为何难于走出去的文化背景, 进而提出促进云南籍毕业生走出去就业的方法, 填补了在出省就业方面研究的缺失, 从而有助于云南高校毕业生省外就业相关研究的深入开展, 以及后续就业指导工作更加有针对性地得以实施。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, due to the need of the project enrich the people and prosper Yunnan, the government encourages Yunnan native graduates' to find jobs out of Yunnan province, actively, for a while, going out has become the key words of graduates' employment. This paper analyzes the cultural background why Yunnan native graduates' are difficult to go out, from the aspect of geographical environment, cultural and psychological factors and economic factors, and then, it puts forward the method proposing graduates' employment outside of Yunnan province, and the research will fill the gap on this field, so as to help in-depth development of related research, thereby, it can make pointed reference to guide follow-up employment guidance work.
