Six Dimensions of the Evaluation Index System of the Employment Quality of College Graduates Should be Considered

  • 摘要: 高校毕业生就业质量问题关系到高等教育持续发展。本文首先研究了高校毕业生就业质量的概念, 并在就业质量涉及的利益相关方的基础上建立了基于多利益相关方满意视角的高校毕业生就业质量六维评价模型框架, 重点论述了构建高校毕业生就业质量评价指标体系应考虑的六个维度, 为进一步评价高校毕业生就业质量问题奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: The employment quality issues of college graduates related to the sustainable development of higher education. The paper firstly studies concept of employment quality of college graduates, based on stakeholders, it sets up model frame of six dimensional evaluations, which is related to the multi stakeholder from perspective of satisfaction degree of employment quality, and then, it focuses on that of the six dimensions, which lays a foundation for the further evaluation of employment quality of college graduates.
