湖南省县域数字普惠金融对粮食生产碳排放的影响

The Impact of Digital Inclusive Finance in the County Areas ofHunan Province on Carbon Emissions in Grain Production

  • 摘要: 基于2016—2020年北京大学数字普惠金融指数,采用系统GMM模型,实证检验数字普惠金融对县域粮食生产碳排放的影响。研究发现,数字普惠金融可以有效降低粮食生产碳排放强度,运用面板分位数回归进行估计,分析结果通过稳健性检验、异质性检验发现,数字普惠金融覆盖广度、使用深度、数字化程度均对粮食生产碳排放具有负向影响,其中覆盖广度的影响最为显著。

     

    Abstract: Based on the Digital Inclusive Finance Index of Peking University from 2016 to 2020, a systematic GMM model was used to empirically test the impact of digital inclusive finance on carbon emissions in grain production at the county level. The study found that, digital inclusive finance could effectively reduce the carbon emissions intensity in grain production. Panel quantile regression was used for estimation and the analysis results were verified through robustness tests. Heterogeneity analysis revealed that, the breadth of coverage, depth of usage, and degree of digitization of digital inclusive finance all had a negative impact on carbon emissions in grain production, with the breadth of coverage having the most significant impact.
