乡村振兴视域下加强高素质农民职业教育培训探析

Exploration on Strengthening Vocational Education and Training of High-quality Farmers from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

  • 摘要: 乡村振兴,教育先行。乡村振兴终归要靠人才,而乡村人才培育既需基础教育、高等教育、继续教育,更需“接地气”的职业教育培训。加强高素质农民职业教育培训是推动乡村振兴战略实施、促进农民全面发展的关键所在。当下,高素质农民职业教育培训仍存在社会偏见“根深蒂固”、教育方式“传统刻板”、授课内容“离农明显”、产教融合“浅尝辄止”等困境,制约着高素质农民职业教育培训的进度、力度、准度和效度。基于此,高素质农民职业教育培训需进一步在升格提质、创新引领、精准发力、政行企校等方面下功夫,以期更好地服务于高素质农民培育计划实施,全面推进乡村振兴。

     

    Abstract: Rural revitalization, education first. Rural revitalization ultimately depends on talents, and the cultivation of rural talents requires not only basic education, higher education, and continuing education, but also “down-to-earth” vocational education and training. Strengthening the vocational education and training of high-quality farmers is the key to promoting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and promoting the all-round development of farmers. At present, high-quality farmers’ vocational education training still has social prejudices that are “deep-rooted” , education methods are “traditional and rigid” , teaching content is “obviously away from farming” , and the integration of production and education is “a little taste” , which restricts high-quality farmers’ vocational education and training progress, strength, accuracy and validity. Based on this, the vocational education training for high-quality farmers needs to further work on upgrading and improving quality, innovation leadership, precise efforts, and government-administration-enterprise-schools, in order to better serve the implementation of high-quality farmers’ training plans and comprehensively promote rural revitalization.
