Abstract: As the rapid development of theinternet, our life is gradually influenced. The internet changes our way of life and becomes a part of our life. Recently, as the social networking site and the text message prevail, more and more adolescents start to communicate on internet. Internet social commnunication is a new way of social communication,influencing the adolescents who are in the transition period and at the turning point in life. According to the status quo of internet socail commnunicationin adolescents and the influence of internet social commnunication on personality development in adolescents, suggestions for cultivating the healthypersonality of adolescents in the cyber age are come up: reinforcing the self-mangement training in adolescents, guiding adolescents communicating oninternet with positive values; optimizing the internet social communication environment; helping the adolescents communicate on internet healthily; enhancing the research on the internet social communication in adolescents，etc.
