摘要 

[目的]分析云南不同烟区红花大金元(简称红大)烟叶化学成分及感官品质的区域特征,以期为红大的种植规划、栽培技术调整以及卷烟工业使用原料的选择提供重要的参考依据。[方法]以2014年云南4个主产烟区8个县的红大品种C3F等级烟叶为试验材料,对其化学成分及感官评吸质量进行了方差分析和多重比较,并通过聚类分析探讨了云南不同烟区红大烟叶化学成分及感官品质的区域特征。[结果](1)化学成分及感官指标的聚类结果显示:红大烟叶在化学成分及感官品质方面均具有较强的区域特征,距离相近的烟区,其烟叶的内在化学成分及感官品质具有较高的相似性;(2)不同烟区红大烟叶的各项化学指标总体存在较大差异,且变异程度较高,大理烟区红大烟叶中的各项化学成分总体含量较高,曲靖陆良含量较低;(3)大理烟区红大烟叶的整体感官品质得分较高,曲靖陆良相对较差。[结论]该研究结果为云南烤烟优质品种红大的种植规划及卷烟工业使用原料的选择提供了的参考依据。

Abstract

[Purpose] The aim was to analyze the regional characteristics of chemical component and sensory quality of Hongda tobacco in Yunnan Province, and provide references for planting plan, adjustment of cultivation techniques and choice of raw materials of Hongda tobacco.[Method] Hongda C3F tobacco was chosen from eight counties in Kunming, Yuxi, Qujing and Dali. The chemical composition was analyzed using variance analysis and multiple comparisons. Meanwhile, the regional characteristics of chemical component and sensory quality were discussed through cluster analysis.[Results] (1) The clustering results showed that Hongda tobacco had strong regional characteristics on chemical component and sensory quality. For tobacco growing areas with similar distance, the chemical component and sensory quality of Hongda tobacco had high similarity. (2) The chemical component of Hongda tobacco in different regions had significant differences and the degree of variation was higher. The chemical component content of Hongda tobacco in Dali was higher and the chemical component content of Hongda tobacco in Qujing was lower. (3)The sensory quality score of Hongda tobacco in Dali was higher and the sensory quality score of Hongda tobacco in Qujing was lower.[Conclusion] The research has laid basis for planting plan, adjustment of cultivation techniques and choice of raw materials of Hongda tobacco.
