摘要 

[目的]筛选出烤烟新品种PVH1452优质适产的配套栽培技术。[方法]通过L27(313)正交试验,分析了施氮量、株距、留叶数和打顶时期等4个因素及其交互作用对产量产值的影响,构建了最优回归模型。[结果]施氮量、(株距×留叶数)和(施氮量×株距)显著影响PVH1452品种的产量,(株距×留叶数)和施氮量影响显著产值,打顶时期对产量和产值均无显著影响,此时产量和产值包含了56.8%和45.7%的因变量变化情况。PVH1452品种产量最高的组合为施氮量6.5kg、株距0.55m、留叶数18片;产值最高的组合为施氮量6.5kg、留叶数18片;筛选得到产量最优模型为Y产量=179.804+16.406X1+15.9X2X3-13.961X1X3,产值最优模型为Y产值=3569.956+452.367X2X3+441.883X1;其中,X1为施氮量,X2为株距,X3为留叶数。[结论]构建的2个模型残差频率符合正态分布,能为PVH1452配套栽培技术筛选提供理论依据。

Abstract

[Purpose] The aim was to screen for the cultivation techniques of good quality and proper yield on PVH1452.[Method] The effect of nitrogen rate, plant spacing, remained leaves, topping stage and their interactions on yield and output value were analyzed through L27(313) orthogonal test.[Results] Nitrogen rate, (plant spacing×remained leaves) and (nitrogen rate×plant spacing) had significant effect on yield of PVH1452 varieties, (spacing×remained leaves) and nitrogen rate had significant effect on output value, topping stage on the yield and output value were not significant impact, then yield and value contained 56.8% and 45.7% of the dependent variable changes;the highest combined yield of PVH1452 was nitrogen 6.5kg, spacing 0.55m, remained 18 leaves; the highest output value combination was nitrogen 6.5kg, remained 18 leaves; screened optimum yield model Y=179.804+16.406X1+15.9X2X3-13.961X1X3, the optimal output value model for the Y=3 569.956+452.367X2X3+441.883X1.[Conclusion] The residuals of the two models were in accordance with the normal distribution, which can provide the theoretical basis for the selection of PVH1452 cultivation techniques.
