斯氏钝绥螨取食几种植物花粉后的生长发育和繁殖能力研究

摘要 

[目的]获得饲养繁殖斯氏钝绥螨的方法。[方法]采用细胞培养板饲养法,在室内测定了斯氏钝绥螨取食油菜、玉米、丝瓜、黄瓜、玫瑰、桉树和大豆花粉后的生长发育和繁殖能力。[结果]用油菜、玉米、丝瓜、黄瓜、玫瑰、桉树和大豆花粉饲养斯氏钝绥螨后,其卵的历期无明显差异(F=0.34,P>0.05),而其幼螨、第1和第2若螨的发育历期不同,其中取食桉树花粉后幼螨、第1若螨、第2若螨的发育历期最短。从各螨态的存活率来看,幼螨的存活率最大,而卵、第1和第2若螨的存活率略低于幼螨。取食玉米、黄瓜和丝瓜花粉的斯氏钝绥螨的繁殖力明显高于油菜、大豆和桉树花粉。斯氏钝绥螨取食不同的花粉其后代雌虫比例无明显的差异,均占总数的46.54%~56.45%。取食玉米、黄瓜和丝瓜花粉的种群具有较大的净增殖率(R0)、内禀增长率(rm)和周限增长率(λ),同时具有较短的种群倍增时间(t)和世代平均周期(T),分别为5.39~5.60d和25.54~26.59d。而取食桉树花粉后,斯氏钝绥螨世代平均周期(T)及种群倍增时间(t)长于取食其他花粉,净增殖率(R0)、内禀增长率(rm)和周限增长率(λ)短于取食其他花粉。[结论]油菜、玉米、丝瓜、黄瓜、玫瑰和大豆花粉可用于斯氏钝绥螨的替代食物进行繁殖,而桉树花粉不适合繁殖斯氏钝绥螨。

Abstract

[Purpose] The aim of this study was to get a suitable rearing and propagation methods for Amblyseius swirskii.[Method] The development and reproduction ability of A.swirskii by feeding the pollen of oil rape, maize, cucumber, luffa, rose, eucalyptus, soya bean were evaluated in laboratory, using the cell culture plate.[Results] No significant difference was found for egg duration among the populations from all tested pollens(F=0.34, P>0.05),significant differences were found for the developmental duration of the larval, 1st and 2nd larval mite,there was the shortest duration for the larval, the 1st and 2nd larval mite by feeding the eucalyptus pollen. As to the survival rate of A. swirskii feeding tested plant pollens, the longest survival rate was in the larval mite,and the shortest survival rate was in the egg, 1st and 2nd larval mite. There was no significant difference between the proportions of the female mite for those populations feeding different plant pollens, which with a proportion of 46.54%-56.45%. There were the higher net reproduction rate (R0),intrinsic increase rate (rm) and finite increase rate (λ), for A. swirskii feeding maize, cucumber and luffa pollen, more over with shorter population doubling time (t) and average generation duration (T), they were ranged between 5.39-5.60 days and 25.54-26.59 days. The population doubling time (t) and average generation duration (T) were longer by feeding eucalyptus pollen than other pollens, net reproductive rate (R0), intrinsic increase rate (rm) and finite increase rate (λ) were all lower by feeding eucalyptus pollen than feeding other pollens.[Conclusion] Maize, cucumber and luffa pollen can be the suitable alternative prey for propagation for A. swirskii,but the eucalyptus pollen is not suitable for propagationfor A. swirskii.
