摘要 [目的]研究"多肽保"不同施用量对烟田土壤中木霉菌(Trichoderma spp.)的影响。[方法] 利用木霉菌选择性培养基和稀释平板培养计数法,在1.0×10-2和1.0×10-3稀释倍数下对取自田间烤烟生长期间土样中的木霉菌进行分离和计数。[结果] 施用"多肽保"对土壤中木霉菌的生长有利,其中施用300 g/m2的处理木霉菌数量最高,分别为72.2×102和72.4×103,与对照相比分别增加了77.8%和126.25%。进一步的分析发现:施用不同剂量的"多肽保"之后,各月间木霉菌的数量有波动,其中7月和8月最高,分别达到98×103和95×103,而5月和9月最低,仅有49×103和53×103。[结论] 施用300 g/m2"多肽保"对改善烟田土壤中木霉菌数量的影响最显著。

Abstract: [Purpose] In present research, the field soil treated with different dosages of Duotaibao during tobacco growth period was sampled for this bio-agent' effect on Trichoderma spp. population dynamic evaluation.[Methods] By using Trichoderma selective medium and the dilution plate method, the Trichoderma spp. colony was counted at dilution ratio 1.0×10-2 and 1.0×10-3 levels, and eventually the effect of Duotaibao on Trichoderma population dynamic was evaluated.[Results] All application of different dosage had a positive effect on the growth of Trichoderma spp., and the treatment D(300 g/m2)obtained the highest number of Trichoderma spp.72.2×102 and 72.4×103 with the increase rates of 77.8% and 126.25%,compared with CK. Further analysis showed that Trichoderma spp. population showed greatly seasonal fluctuation. E.g it achieved the highest number of Trichoderma colony with 98×103 and 95×103 in July and August,respectively, however, it only got 49×103 and 53×103 in May and September.[Conclusion] Based on our research work, it is reasonable that application of Duotaibao with dosage of 300 g/m2 is optimal for Trichoderma spp. population enhancement.
