马铃薯脱毒苗移栽期差异对病害发生及产量的影响

摘要 [目的]本试验以探索经济、高效的马铃薯原原种繁育时间为目的,为昆明地区马铃薯原原种生产提供指导。[方法] 以马铃薯‘合作88’为试验材料,设14个不同移栽期,研究温室条件下不同时间移栽对马铃薯脱毒苗病害发生及产量的影响。[结果] 移栽时间不同的马铃薯脱毒苗植株早疫病和晚疫病的发生存在显著差异(P<0.05)。T1的早疫病病情指数和发病率最大,但其晚疫病病情指数和发病率最小;T14的晚疫病病情指数和发病率最高,且显著高于其他处理(P<0.05);移栽时间不同,温室中马铃薯脱毒苗植株原原种产量和种薯规格有显著差异(P<0.05),主要表现在薯块大小和薯块数量上的差别,T1、T10和T12的大、中种薯率和原原种产量均高于其他处理。[结论] 适宜马铃薯脱毒苗移栽的时间为上半年的T1(4月4日)、下半年的T10(8月17日)和T12(9月16日)前后一周。

Abstract: [Purposes] The objective of this study was to explore the economic and efficiently breeding time of potato breeder seed and to provide a guidance for potato breeder seed production in Kunming area.[Methods] Potato ‘C88’was used as the test material and 14 transplanting time was set up. The effects of different transplanting time on disease epidemic and yield of virus-free potato plantlets under greenhouse conditions were studied which provided guidance for potato breeder seed production in Kunming area.[Results] In the greenhouse,there was a significant difference (P<0.05)in the occurrence of early blight and late blight of virus-free potato plantlets that transplanted at different time. The early blight incidence and disease index of T1 were maximal and the late blight incidence and disease index of T1 were minimal. The late blight incidence and disease index of T14 were maximal, at the same time, significantly higher(P<0.05) than other treatments. In the greenhouse,there was a significant difference(P<0.05) among breeder seed yields and the seed sizes of virus-free potatoes plantlets that transplanted at different time, which mainly reflected on the difference between seed size and seed numbers. The large and medium seed potato rate and breeder seed yield of T1, T10 and T12 were higher than other treatments.[Conclusion] The best transplanting time to virus-free potatoes plantlet is a week before or after T1(April 4th)of first-half year, T10(August 17th) and T12(September 16th) of the second-half year.
