摘要 [目的]Ynbs株系是M7代裸大麦穗分枝突变体,其穗分枝等性状可稳定遗传,但未见Ynbs株系变异性状表型差异和关联分析的报道。[方法] 以9份Ynbs株系、13份重组自交系、1份诱变亲本、1份Prbs突变体为材料,利用SPSS 19.0软件分析了不同材料间11种农艺性状的表型差异及其相关性。[结果] 不同Ynbs株系具有小穗退化、小花数增多和结实率下降等8个变异性状,其小穗数(10.53±0.53~13.23±0.22)和结实率(11.30±3.71)%~(42.40±3.61)%极显著低于诱变亲本和重组自交系(P<0.01),但其小花数(123.00±20.06~193.90±14.48)极显著高于诱变亲本和重组自交系(P<0.01),9份Ynbs株系与其他15份材料间具有明显的遗传分化;在24份大麦材料中穗分枝分别与小穗数、结实粒数或穗茎轴长显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)偏相关,偏相关系数分别为-0.599、0.548、-0.652。[结论] Ynbs株系具有包括穗分枝、小穗退化、小花数增多和结实率下降4个共有特性,其穗分枝分别与小穗退化、小花数增多或结实率下降关联遗传,是大麦穗分枝发育等研究的重要基因资源。

Abstract: [Purpose] Ynbs line is a spike branch mutant of naked barley in M7 generation,and their some traits including spike branch can be stable inheritance from one generation to another,but the difference of these mutant traits between Ynbs lines and the association between different mutant traits of Ynbs lines have not be reported so far.[Method] Twenty-four materials including 9 Ynbs lines, 13 recombination inbred lines, 1 mutant parent and 1 prbs mutant,were be planted in a completely randomized block with 3 repetitions,SPSS 19.0 was employed to analyze the phenotypic difference of 11 traits between 24 materials, and the association between these traits.[Results] Nine traits including the spike degeneration, floret increase and seed setting rate decrease were mutant traits for 9 Ynbs lines. The spike number and seed setting rate of 9 Ynbs lines ranged from 10.53±0.53 to 13.23±0.22, from 11.30%±3.71% to 42.40%±3.61%, respectively, and were both extremely significantly(P<0.01) lower than those of mutant parent and recombination inbred lines. But the floret number of 9 lines ranged from 123.00±20.06 to 193.90±14.48, and was extremely significantly(P<0.01) higher than that of mutant parent and recombination inbred lines. The obvious genetic difference showed between 9 Ynbs lines and the others materials. In 24 barley materials, a significant partial correlation(P<0.05) between the spike branch and the number of multiple spike, spike branch and number of grain, and an extremely significant partial correlation(P<0.01) between spike branch and spike stem axes length were confirmed,respectively, 3 partial correlation coefficients reached at -0.599, 0.548, -0.652,respectively. Nine Ynbs lines carry 4 common traits including spike branch, multiple spike degeneration, floret increase and seed setting rate decrease.[Conclusion] The inheritance of spike branch in Ynbs lines is associated to that of spike degeneration, of floret increase and of seed setting rate decrease, respectively,Ynbs line is an important resource for these studies including the developmental inheritance of spike branched in barley.
