The Influence Factors of the Industrial Transformation and Upgrading of Honghe Prefecture:Based on C-D Production Function and Solow Residual Value Model

  • This paper uses cobb-douglas production function to analyze the industrial development of Honghe Prefecture, to establish the model, and to calculate the output coefficient of capital, labor and technology in Honghe Prefecture. Then, the growth rate of technological progress in Honghe prefecture is calculated by Solow growth rate equation. The conclusion is that the industrial development mode is extensive, the technical progress is slow and the comprehensive quality of the labor force is not high, and the suggestion that innovation plays a leading role in the industrial transformation and upgrading is put forward.
