A Study on China's Law of Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution Control Based on PEST

By using of the management pest analysis tools, this article analyzes China's legal system of agricultural non-point source pollution control from perspectives of political factors, economic factors, social factors and technical factors, at the same time, it gives an evaluation for these conditions. On this basis, this paper puts forward some suggestions in order to promote the improvement of China's legal system of agricultural non-point source pollution control and thus provide effective help for this project.
