民族地区精准扶贫行动中的观察与思考

Observations from Targeted Poverty Alleviation Actions in Ethnic Minority Areas

摘要: 我国确立了以精准扶贫方式在2020年彻底消除农村中贫困的战略。笔者以入户访谈和观察的方式对云南民族地区的姚安县木暑村、德钦县奔子栏乡、河口县坝洒农场展开了调查，以精准扶贫中最常见的扶贫对象确定、社会交易圈扩展和精准扶贫中的“合作”问题等几个典型问题作案例分析，探讨扶贫工作中可克服的一些实践思路。

Abstract: China has established a strategy to completely eliminate poverty in rural areas by means of targeted poverty alleviation in 2020. We conducted surveys on Mushu Village, Benzilan Township and Hekou County in Yunnan ethnic areas by means of household interviews and observations. Several typical problems such as the identification of the most common poverty alleviation objects in poverty alleviation, the expansion of social trading circles and the problem of " cooperation” in targeted poverty alleviation are used as case studies to explore some practical ideas that can be overcome in poverty alleviation work.
