Abstract: The industrial poverty alleviation is a fundamental measure to promote the sustainable development of poverty-stricken areas. An in-depth analysis of the poverty alleviation case of green industry to reveal the general rules behind the model is of great theoretical and practical significance for deepening the comprehensive understanding of industrial poverty alleviation, and creating long-term mechanism. In this study, we based on the case analysis method to systematically analyze the "Pingwu Chinese bees +" poverty alleviation model, the results indicate that "benefiting the poor" connection mechanism is the endogenous power to stimulate poverty door to develop the industry. In order to ensure the economic benefits, the ecological benefits and suitable business model of the alleviation industry should be considered. Also, the technology and service are the important support of the industrial poverty alleviation model, while the top-level system design of the government guarantees the direction. Our results suggest that, firstly, select green industry which coordinated with regional development; secondly, the Industrialization Union should construct between in the management subjects; thirdly, the eco-poverty alleviation industry should be equipped with good business model; finally, great importance should be attached to the key role of the government.
