农业水利工程卓越人才培养体系与实践平台的构建

The Construction of Talents Training System and Practice Platform of Agricultural Water Conservancy Engineering

  • 摘要: 为培养有创新意识和实践能力的农业水利工程卓越人才,本文对传统教学模式进行改进,探索了卓越人才培养体系的相关问题,构建了多元化卓越人才实践平台。实践表明,本文所探讨的卓越人才培养体系与实践平台取得了良好的成果,提高了学生的创新能力以及适应社会经济发展的能力,促进了创新成果的应用与转化,推动了良好学风的形成,为创新型校园建设和创新人才培养创造了良好的条件。

     

    Abstract: In order to cultivate the outstanding talents with innovation consciousness and practical ability of agricultural water conservancy engineering, this article improved traditional teaching model, explored related problems of talent training system and constructed diversify practice platform of outstanding talents. The practice shows that the talents training system and practice platform achieved many good results. It improved the innovation ability and the capacity to meet the development of social economy of students. It promoted the application and transformation of innovative products, and the formation of good study atmosphere. It created better conditions of creative campus construction and innovative talent training.
