西部地区农业绿色发展水平评价、区域差异及空间相关性分析

Evaluation of Agricultural Green Development Level, Regional Differences and Spatial Correlation Analysis in the Western Region

  • 摘要: 本文从资源节约、环境友好、质量高效、乡村发展4个方面构建评价指标体系,使用熵值法和泰尔指数客观评价和分析西部地区2011—2021年农业绿色发展水平及其区域差异,在此基础上再运用莫兰指数检验各省份之间农业绿色发展的空间相关性。结果表明:(1)西部地区各省份农业绿色发展水平均得到了显著的提升,其中资源节约和质量高效两大方面发展较快,乡村发展次之,环境友好是其发展短板。(2)西部地区2011—2021年农业绿色发展水平总体差异呈现出“W”形的波动态势,各省份的农业绿色发展水平差异是在波动中不断缩小的,且西南区域内差异要比西北区域内差异的泰尔指数更趋于稳定。(3)西部地区各省份农业绿色发展水平存在空间聚集现象,且西南区域省份多偏向“高—高(H—H)”聚集状态,西北区域省份多偏向“低—低(L—L)”聚集状态。最后提出注重西部地区环境友好和乡村发展,补齐农业绿色发展短板,加强区域化合作与交流,落实区域协调发展战略,推进形成“高—高(H—H)”聚集区域等建议。

     

    Abstract: This article constructed an evaluation index system from four aspects: resource conservation, environmental friendliness, quality and efficiency, and rural development. The entropy method and Theil Index were used to objectively evaluate and analyze the level of agricultural green development and its regional differences in the western region from 2011 to 2021. On this basis, the Moran Index was used to test the spatial correlation of agricultural green development among different provinces. The results indicated that, (1) The level of agricultural green development in various provinces of the western region had been significantly improved, with rapid development in resource conservation and quality efficiency, followed by rural development, and environmental friendliness as its development weakness. (2) The overall difference in the level of agricultural green development in the western region from 2011 to 2021 showed a “W” shaped fluctuation trend. The differences in agricultural green development levels among provinces were constantly narrowing in the fluctuation, and the differences in the southwest region tended to be more stable than the differences in the northwest region’ s Theil Index. (3) There was a spatial agglomeration phenomenon in the green development level of agriculture in various provinces of the western region, and most provinces in the southwest region tended to be in a “high-high (H-H)” aggregation state, while provinces in the northwest region tended to be in a “low-low (L-L)” aggregation state. Furthermore, it was proposed to focus on environmental friendliness and rural development in the western region, address the shortcomings of green agricultural development, strengthen regional cooperation and exchanges, implement regional coordinated development strategies, and promote the formation of “high-high (H-H)” aggregation areas.
