社会网络、政府支持对农户保护性耕作技术采用的影响研究

The Impact of Social Network and Government Support on the Adoption of Conservation Tillage Techniques by Farmers

  • 摘要: 基于安徽省344份农户数据,运用 Heckman 样本选择模型探究社会网络和政府支持对农户保护性耕作技术采用行为的影响,并研究政府支持在社会网络对农户保护性耕作技术采用行为影响过程中的调节作用。结果表明:(1) 社会网络、政府支持对农户保护性耕作技术采用决策和采用程度都有显著正向影响; (2) 社会网络、政府支持对农户保护性耕作技术采用行为的影响路径存在差异;(3) 政府支持在社会网络对农户保护性耕作技术采用的影响中具有正向调节作用。针对上述研究结论,提出相应的对策建议:首先,针对特定样本区域的情况进行定制化的保护性耕作方法;其次,提高农户对保护性耕作技术的重视程度, 并拓展强化农户社会网络,加强保护性耕作技术宣传的广度、深度和配套设施建设;最后,优化政府激励支持以削弱农户采用保护性耕作技术的障碍。

     

    Abstract: Based on 344 household data in Anhui Province, the Heckman sample selection model was used to explore the impact of social networks and government support on the adoption behavior of farmers’ conservation tillage techniques, and to study the moderating role of government support in the process of social networks affecting the adoption behavior of farmers’ conservation tillage techniques. The results indicated that, (1) Social networks and government support had a significant positive impact on farmers’ decision-making and degree of adoption of conservation tillage techniques. (2) There were differences in the impact paths of social networks and government support on farmers’ adoption of conservation tillage techniques. (3) Government support had a positive moderating effect on the impact of social networks on the adoption of conservation tillage techniques by farmers. In response to the above research conclusions, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed: Firstly, customized conservation tillage methods were implemented for specific sample areas. Secondly, increased the importance of conservation tillage techniques among farmers, expanded and strengthened their social networks, and strengthened the breadth, depth, and construction of supporting facilities for the promotion of conservation tillage techniques. Finally, optimized government incentives and support to weaken the barriers for farmers to adopt conservation tillage techniques.
