建设高质量科普体系:新一代信息技术赋能农村科普模式的探索与实践

Construction of A High-quality Science Popularization System: Exploration and Practice of A New Generation of Information Technology Enabling Rural Science Popularization Model

  • 摘要: 在乡村振兴战略的宏观背景下,新一代信息技术赋能农村科普的深入推进,其核心在于“人”的素质提升。利用大数据分析方法,对农村科普的线下服务和线上平台进行分析,指出农村科普资源较为匮乏,需要接地气的“下里巴人”呈现农村科普内容,现有的科普形式单一,科普缺乏反馈机制是农村科普主要的阻碍因素。针对存在的问题,借鉴钱学森的“选准一个项目,推广一项技术,培训一批人才,开发一个产业,致富一方农民”的经验,构建ISSBL科普新模式,提出具体实现路径,通过大数据技术实现反馈跟踪,不断改进政策指引,增强科普效率,形成良性的循环之路,最终建立完备的农村科普体系。

     

    Abstract: Under the background of rural revitalization strategy, when the new information technology is applied to rural technology and knowledge, the core lies in the improvement of the quality of “people” . This paper used the big data analysis method to analyze rural science popularization offline services and online platform, the analysis results showed that, rural science popularization resources were scarce, science popularization in rural areas was scarce, the existing science popularization form was single, farmers lacked initiative and science popularization lacked a feedback mechanism. To solve these problems, we need to learn from the QIAN Xuesen’ s experience of “selecting a project, promoting a technology, training a group of talents, developing an industry, and enriching farmers” , construct a new ISSBL model, put forward specific implementation path, implement feedback tracking through big data technology, improve policy guidance constantly, enhance science popularization efficiency, create a virtuous circle, and finally establish a rural science popularization system.
